Terms of Service New Accounts: We welcome new accounts with VISA, MasterCard or COD until credit application is approved. We need business tax numbers; Federal or Provincial as required. Terms: The terms of payment offered are net 30 days from date of invoice on approved credit. Credit is approved when all references have been verified. Visa and MasterCard are accepted only at the time of the order and will be processed on the date the invoice is shipped. Prices: Prices are subject to change without notice. Past due accounts: Past due accounts are subject to a 2% finance charge compounded monthly. We reserve the right to hold shipments until past due accounts are brought current. If your check is returned your account will be charged $20. Minimum Order: Our minimum order is $100. A $5 processing fee will be added to orders under $100 to partially offset the cost of handling these small orders. Split Cases: Split cases available with a 5% surcharge per unit. Freight: In Canada shipments are made via Purolator, DHL, or Canada Post. In the US all shipments are made via UPS Ground or Postal Service unless otherwise specified. Shipping charges are prepaid and charged on the invoice. Free freight on product orders over $500 (available only to accounts with a good credit history). On orders between $200 and $500 we will split our discounted freight cost with you 50/50. (This excludes Hawaii and Alaska.) Freight terms are subject to change without notice due to the instability of freight costs. Customs and Brokerage: All customs and brokerage fees are covered by Sunshine Bay Natural Products. Shipping Time: Depending on your location, you can expect 3 to 10 days in western locations and 7 to 14 days in eastern locations. Returns: If for any reason you are not satisfied with your product, contact us within 7days of receipt for authorization to receive a full refund. Individual customer returns: Sunshine Bay will credit any returned products that are shown to be defective. Products returned to retailer by customer because of personal preference will not be considered for credit. By placing an order with us you are accepting our terms and conditions.
